- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to offer management.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow market share and revenue.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with clients.
- Work closely with consultants and managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Share market insights and contribute to team development and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- 5 years experience in a sales/business development role
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or recruitment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
