Understand the team’s goals and perform analyses and experiments to identify opportunities and drive data-driven decision-making at Katalon.
Monitoring, optimizing, and reporting on metrics delivered by Product Manager and split-test results. Make recommendations based on sound analytics, experimentation, and test findings.
Design and create reporting solutions, including semantic layers, dashboards, attribution models, ad hoc analyses, and statistical models to answer business questions with data.
Using data to determine what product and marketing experiments to run, then actually running the experiments and sharing the results.
Drive continual learning, optimizations, and outcomes across the company.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of proven work experience in a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence role. Meanwhile, the whose excellent academic record is highly prioritized.
Ability to simulate, create, modify and verify data models in organizations
Ability to build forecasting models with the management of risks
A data-savvy who loves data, from designing models & experiments to driving results.
Strong analytical skills with the capacity to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience extracting insights using advanced SQL to work efficiently at scale.
An advanced user with commonly used analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Excel, etc.
Self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented, as well as having the multitasking ability.
