Are you committed to working full-time for 6 months (8 hours/day & 5 days/week)? Do you want to engage in various projects within the Customer Relations Management department? If so, you should become our new Customer Relations Management Intern.What will you do?As a Customer Relations Management Intern, you will:- Support to respond to customer inquiries by providing part information and estimated time of arrival (ETA) for parts.- Assist in processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.- Support in checking issued invoices and handing them over to the Line of Management (LOM).- Perform administrative tasks such as lunch booking and preparing meetings.- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.- Undertake tasks as directed by your supervisor.QualificationsREQUIRED DOCUMENTS when applying:Your CVA Confirmation of Enrollment letter (giấy xác nhận còn là sinh viên) from your university is required. This letter should include your expected graduation date with your school's official stamp to be valid. (This is NOT an introduction letter, nor an academic transcript).

Who are we looking for?To fit into our team, you should:- Remain as a student throughout the 6-month internship, concluding at April 2026.- Be a 3rd/4th-year undergraduate student in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related major.- Be committed to a full-time, 6-month internship (8 hours/day & 5 days/week).- Have good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.- Exhibit excellent time management.- Be capable of multitasking and working independently.- Be careful, flexible, honest, and cooperative in a team setting.- Be proficient in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.- Possess good presentation skills.What we offer:We support you in being the best version of yourself.
