You'll be responsible for growing, activating, and improving the quality of freelancers on our platform - across creative, marketing, tech, admin, and more. This is not a maintenance role - we're looking for a builder, not an operator.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute freelancer acquisition plans for Vietnam
- Build segmented onboarding flows and supply playbooks
- Conduct outreach via social, job groups, partner channels, and referral programs
- Qualify and vet freelancer profiles to ensure platform quality
- Test various growth tactics - landing pages, campaigns, invites, incentives
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Community to align supply growth with demand
- Provide regular feedback to improve supply-side funnel and experience
- Monthly active freelancers (MAF)
- Onboarding completion rate
- Supply activation and retention
- Match rate with buyer demand
- Time-to-fill key categories
- 2-3 years of experience in BD, acquisition, or operations (ideally in a B2C platform or tech environment)
- Proven ability to grow user base or seller/freelancer pool from scratch
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with data and KPIs
- Fluent in Vietnamese and confident in English
- Ex-leaders in startup/ launchers, or those who launched new verticals
- Familiar with freelancer, gig economy, or digital talent platforms
- Bias toward execution, iteration, and lean testing
