The Head of FMCG will lead growth, strategy, and operations for the FMCG category in Vietnam, driving business expansion and strengthening brand partnerships. This role requires a visionary leader to shape market strategies, optimize performance, and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver results.As a Head of FMCG, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Category Leadership: Define and execute the FMCG strategy to accelerate category growth, market share, and user engagement.

  • P&L Ownership: Oversee category performance and ensure both growth and profitability targets are achieved.

  • Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, while fostering collaboration across operations, marketing, product, and logistics.
