- Training Development and Implementation:
- Be in charge of new sales field force onboarding including RSM, ASM, SS, SR in coordination with HR and marketing team.
- Understand the related business processes with different functions (sales and marketing) to identify specific training needs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive training roadmaps within Energizer standard to improve core functional skills and competencies leading to achievement of KPI and business targets.
- Ensure training plan are fully aligned with the business objectives and meeting the needs of employees.
- Develop and implement training evaluation process tools to measure the effectiveness and relevance of training design and delivery.
- Lead the training, monitor the progress and effectiveness of the training provided and share the collated information with superior.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Sales Effectiveness :
- Align with management team to move forward field force set of skills changeover.
- Take the lead in developing or customizing available tools, such as online training, field coaching form, field and trade audit form.
- Assessment and Evaluation :
- Track the KPI achievement on a regional level to assess regular and consistent training and field coaching sessions on salesforce performance.
- Perform regular field and customer visits to understand market specific and trends, competitor practice, consumer behaviour.
- Assess sales for performance with summary reports highlighting developments need and best practices related to Energizer execution and competitor activities.
- Assess current training and field force skills level, regulary update the content of training and training tools to meet business needs.
- Monitor market to create and/or implement new/ appropriate training methodologies for salesforce teams.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of experience in reputable FMCG environment in a variety of sales roles.
- Fluency in oral and written English
- Ability to work within cross-functional teams.
- Ability to develop and deliver training without facilitation by line manager.
- Advance communication, presentation, coaching and feedback skills.
- Strong people management and leadership skills with the ability to manage and lead a multi-cultural team
