- Identify and prospect new B2B leads through online channels, social platforms, and existing databases
- Engage with domestic and international tech product, service, and outsourcing companies to introduce Qode and establish strategic partnerships
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned clients, including candidate sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, and follow-ups
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and managing expectations throughout the hiring process
- Support business growth through effective account handling, relationship management, and service delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field
- Strong experience in SaaS/HR Tech/Recruitment sales
- Experience in HR, Business Development, Account Management, Stakeholder Management, or related roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, including exception and escalation management
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and other social media platforms for prospecting is a plus
- Prior experience in recruitment services, headhunting, or staffing is an added advantage
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and growth-focused mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships
