- Develop and manage a highly effective channel, support and supervise retailers/dealers to achieve sales targets, negotiate and construct trading terms and channel strategy
- Formulate sales strategy for CE products within assigned regions, aligning with the company direction, action plan, sales forecast, and budget planning
- Manage, allocate jobs, and coach sales team members to drive performance of sell-in and push sell-out
- Coordinate with other product sales teams and sell-out (retail marketing) teams to achieve total region sales target
- KPI: sales revenue, COI, market share
- Experience in a sales leader for at least 7 years
- Have experience in VRV &VRF market and project sales (can be in the past, not necessary to be the latest experience)
- Good English communication skills
- Strategic, responsible, willing to take initiatives
- Bachelor's degree or higher
