Main objectives
  • Identify local market trends and potential business development opportunities. Develop and execute strong sales growth strategy for the assigned territory and achieve yearly sales target through the team.
  • Lead and build a strong sales team through recruiting, training, coaching and developing sales talents.
  • Develop new and manage new and existing commercial relationships with key customers and distributors in the assigned territory, boosting customer loyalty and continuous sales.
  • Continuous improvements in sales processes and leverage CRM as a tool for productivity and professional sales management.
  • Achieve sales and order intake targets in Vietnam.
  • Support Cooling related sales activities in Vietnam with focus in both Industrial segment and Building Technology segment by promoting GF's solutions and services into the market with the goal to establish GF's market position as preferred cooling piping systems solution supplier.

Identify & forecast sales potential for Industrial segment and be accountable for sales target. Monitor and evaluate the development / behavior of key players (GF customers inclusive of end customers, consultants, designers, competitors) in Vietnam and translate into marketing strategies and
tangible sales. 30
Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies tailored to each project, considering factors such as target market, competition, pricing, and positioning.
Sales management – Development and implementation of sales growth plans across target segments, leading in major project bids, new account acquisitions and key account penetrations.Pipeline Management: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline for the project, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities to ensure a steady flow of prospects and conversions
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and concerns, and addressing them effectively throughout the sales process And proposed targeted GF solutions to expand overall sales potential.Maintain sales activity in CRM by updating customer data, planning of visits, generating of
sales visits report and updating of projects status timely.
Develop new sales channels and business opportunities in segments where GFPS are requiredWork closely with operations team to address customer service issues and involve in
stocks forecast.
Budget Management: Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage the sales budget for the project, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize sales outcomes.Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing updates on sales performance, market trends, and project milestones.
.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and obstacles that may impact sales outcomes and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.Competences and responsibilities
Job Requirement, Skills and Qualifications:
  • Job Requirement, Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years’ experience in sales management/business development in similar industry
  • Relevant industry experience in the following focus segments: Industrial : Microelectronics Water Treatment : UPW/WWT
  • Experienced Sales personnel with strong network with EPCs, Contractors, Installers, consultants and end users.
  • Strong sales hunting personality, driven and a self-starter.
  • Strong time management skills, able to multitask and work effectively under tight timelines.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of customer behaviours, competitor analysis and market trends.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets, distributor network management and business development.
  • Strong communication skills (internally and externally) with team player approach.
  • Proficient in project management with service focus
