- Support Country MD in developing company strategic framework and its implementation in close collaboration and alignment with business areas and corporate functions
- Support Country MD in government affairs activities
- Market & Key Account Customer Coordinator for Siemens Energy Vietnam with APAC team
- Close collaboration with other stakeholders and functions regionally and globally
- Set up/ Redeļ¬ne Key Account Management (KAM) for Siemens Energy Vietnam from country perspective as well as regionally and globally. Work in close cooperation
- with Business Areas in Key Accounts development, cross-BA activities and best practice exchange.
- Coordinate/lead the VN market intelligence study to deļ¬ne the company's competitive landscape and growth potentials across business areas
- Support and implement hub strategy for assigned markets as deļ¬ned by Country MD and aligned with Business Area to increase business potentials for Siemens Energy
- Responsible for the assigned markets (as deļ¬ned by Country MD and aligned with Business Area) and accountable for the company representation.
- Support selective Business Area sales in driving early engagement and a clear win strategy, preparing budgetary quotations by clearly articulating SE value proposition vs. competitors, support negotiations until contract closure.
- Work closely with various departments and businesses, maintain and develop a healthy business opportunity pipeline for Siemens Energy
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationship with relevant internal teams and external stakeholders (End client, EPCs, Consultants, etc)
- Act as an promoter to external partners to position Siemens Energy Technology in the early phase
- At least 7 Years of solid experience and demonstrated ability in industrial/ energy sector with proven track record in developing successful complex opportunities
- Strategic mindset and critical thinking
- Have a deep understanding with market insight in Vietnam on macro-economics and industry/ energy related topics.
- Strong network with EPCs, Consultants, and related stakeholders necessary for success
- Strong commercial and technical knowledge with experience in scouting and developing deals.
- A great team member, good listener, and effective communicator
- Ability to work in the environment with different cultures
