- Minimum 3 years experience as a brand manager or product manager with direct-report/lead the team, ideally in FMCG.
- In-depth understanding of consumer insights

- Market research knowledge
- Project management
- Promotion management (recommendation/implementation/analysis)
- Basic innovation/product development experience
- Communication & media strategy, creative development experience
- Packaging design development
- Trade channel/point of sales & pricing knowledge
- Business steering including P&L management.
- Strategic planning
- Communication skills, including language skills (Vietnamese and English fluent) and agency management
